Q1: What services does JCare Home Health provide?
A: We provide skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social work, and home health aide services—all coordinated under a physician’s care plan.

Q2: Who qualifies for home health care?
A: Patients who are homebound and need intermittent skilled care prescribed by a doctor may qualify through Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance.

Q3: What languages do your staff speak?
A: We serve patients in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Malayalam, Telugu, Urdu, Nepali, and Swahili.

Q4: Are you available on weekends?
A: Yes, we are available to answer phone calls and coordinate care over the weekend.

Q5: What COVID-19 precautions do you follow?
A: All JCare staff follow CDC guidelines, including masking, hygiene protocols, and health screenings.

Q6: Can a family member get paid to care for me?
A: Yes, eligible family members can be hired and paid through Medicaid to care for their loved ones at home.

Q7: Will insurance cover the services?
A: Medicare, Medicaid, and many private insurers fully cover qualifying home health services.

Q8: How do I get started?
A: Call us directly or ask your physician to send a referral. We’ll handle the rest and begin care promptly.

For Physicians & Referral Sources

Q1: How do I refer a patient to JCare?
A: Fax referrals to 972-666-0507 or call us at 972-264-2737. Please include medical records, current medications, diagnosis, and face-to-face encounter documentation.

Q2: What documentation is required?
A: A signed physician’s order, recent H&P, diagnosis, and F2F documentation are required to initiate care.

Q3: How fast can you start services?
A: We aim to start care within 24–48 hours after receiving complete referral documentation.

Q4: Do you send progress updates?
A: Yes. We communicate regularly with referring physicians and provide updates on patient condition and care plans.

Q5: Can I send referrals electronically?
A: Yes, we accept secure electronic and EHR-based referrals. Contact our intake team to coordinate.

For Employees & Job Applicants

Q1: What job openings are available?
A: We’re hiring RNs, LVNs, PTs, PTAs, OTs, HHAs, and admin staff. Call 972-264-2737 or email info@jcarehomehealth.net for more info.

Q2: How do I get paid?
A: All employees are paid via direct deposit based on the JCare payroll schedule.

Q3: How do I access my pay stub or update personal details?
A: Use your QuickBooks Workforce account to print pay stubs and manage bank, tax, and personal info anytime.

Q4: What is Vesta and who uses it?
A: Employees serving Medicaid clients must use the Vesta Mobile App to record visits.

Q5: Do employees receive training?
A: Yes, we offer new hire orientation and regular in-service training to support your success.
